    Touched by the Sun är systern hem till vår vackra "Born to Sun" hem i Frangista Beach community. Denna vackra 8 sovrum, 8 badrum hem sover upp till 25 gäster. Den lugna inomhus atmosfären och utomhusunderhållningsrummen kommer att göra "Touched by the Sun" din dröm strand semester!

    När du kommer in på första våningen i detta lyxiga hem hittar du det magnifika vardagsrummet. Bostadsutrymmet är ett konstverk och en epitom av high-end, kustnära elegans - med fantastiska välvda tak och valv som leder till gourmetköket och den formella matsalen. Vardagsrummet har också gott om bekväma, lyxiga inredning, inklusive en L-formad soffa och plysch fåtöljer. Gourmet köket är utrustat med Viking rostfria vitvaror inklusive ett gasutbud och två diskmaskiner och en våt bar med en fristående ismaskin. Köket är färdigt med skräddarsydda skåp och bänkskivor i granit. Intill köket finns det formella matsal med plats för 10 gäster.

    För att sova arrangemang på första våningen finns en våningssäng som har 3 enkelsängar. Det finns en king-svit med gemensamt badrum. För ytterligare sovplats finns det ett mediarum med en queen-queen-queen bunk nook. Medierummet är perfekt för en mysig filmnatt eller för tonåringar att umgås. Det finns också ett badrum på denna våning.
    Väntar på dig på andra våningen är ett spelrum med en tv; biljardbord; bord med plats för två, perfekt för ett kortspel; och tillgång till andra våningen balkong. Balkongen har sittplatser med utsikt över poolen. Ner i hallen kommer gästerna att hitta tre King Suites, som alla är inredda med egen anpassad stil och passar in i eget badrum och plattskärms-TV. 

    Beläget på tredje våningen finns ytterligare 3 sovrum. Den första är ett specialbyggt våningssängrum med två full-över-bunkar och en tvilling-bäddsoffa som rymmer totalt 6 gäster och har eget badrum. De andra två sovrummen är King Suites komplett med privata badrum. En av King Suites har badkar och dusch tillsammans med egen privat balkong.

    Närheten av Frangista Beach består av mestadels stora hem där familjer kommer till semester. Det sträcker sig över motsvarande cirka 4 block. Området har en 400 yard privat strand som du måste ha en kod för att få tillgång till. Gäster på Touched by the Sun har också tillgång till den stora gemensamma poolen komplett med vattenfall och toalettfaciliteter. Poolen är aldrig för trångt eftersom bara välja Frangista hem har tillgång. Detta hem ligger också inom gångavstånd till shopping och restauranger.

    Frangista Beach har en rik historia som började när en familj från Grekland byggde ett litet motell och därefter en liten vit kapell. Många brudar är gift på Frangista Beach och använder det pittoreska kapellet för fotografier. Efter att ha besökt det här området kommer du att förstå varför många familjer väljer att återvända år efter år!

    Bröllop / Evenemang - Alla bröllop / evenemang måste vara godkända av Beach Reunion. A $ 750. 00 evenemangsavgift krävs för alla bröllop eller evenemang.     Pool Heat - Från 1 oktober - 1 maj, kan den privata poolen värmas upp för en extra dagligen / $ 50 eller veckovis / $ 300. Poolvärme måste köpas för hela vistelsen.

    Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Vår kostnadsfria säsongsbetonade strandtjänst erbjuds under sommaren 2019 månader. Detta inkluderar 4 stolar och 2 paraplyer som dagligen på stranden från 09:00 till 05:00. Vår sommarsäsong börjar den 12 maj 2019 och slutar 10 augusti 2019.

    Margarita Machines - I utvalda Beach Reunion hem har vi lagt en kommersiell frusen maskin (margarita maskin) som producerar drycker som vanligtvis bara finns i restauranger och barer. Maskinen är tillgänglig för användning i det ögonblick du anländer; ingen leverans är nödvändig! Dessa populära maskiner tillåter dig att njuta av din favoritfrysta dryck och / eller jungfruliga slushies poolside eller medan du slappar på stranden. De är det perfekta tillskottet till familjesemester, bröllop, affärsflykt, golfutflykter, fisketurer, kyrkogrupper eller någon annan samling.

Best Proximity to the Beach

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From a seamless check in, great communication with the property host, to the pool and walkable proximity to the beautiful beach. We had enough room for all 16 people we traveled with and all of our kids love the bunk rooms!

Labor Day Getaway

Great house, plenty of room for all, very short walk to the beach, nice pool. Property mgt were super accommodating. One text to add a golf cart, and they gave us a late check out which gave us an extra half day. Completely made our stay!!! Thanks!

Beautiful Family Atmosphere

This property was in excellent shape visually. Just a few hiccups with furniture, faucets handles, extra fridge leaking water, upstairs tv reception not working, and pool table missing chalk and ball rack. But that didn’t stop us from enjoying our Thanksgiving there. We had a Great time because the minor inadequacies didn’t stop our fun. I noted inadequacies with Beach vacation representative and she was very kind and asked what she could do to help us with our stay. I would go back again and I’d recommend this Beach vacation to others. I’d give it a 8/10!

Wedding party stay

I rented this beach house out for my wedding weekend for all of my wedding party to have a place to spend time with the Bride and Groom. Everyone had plenty of room and enjoyed every minute of it. The office personelle was extremely nice and accommodating! I had to contact the office for additional washcloths which was later in the evening then someone was sending out more than asked for the very next morning. Since it was my wedding guest were wanting to visit with us before the wedding and parking wise, I was amazed at how this situation that I didn't think through was handled by the office. I will be staying here again.

Greatest beach ever

Impressed with the house there are some things that are a little run down the fridge in the laundry room doesn’t keep cold the ice maker gets really hot inside the cabinet the air conditioning in the garage room dont work well it was to hot in that room

We stayed for 7 nights in this beautiful home. However, the house does need a lot of updating and maintenance. 1st day getting our assigned rooms as we are a family of 24. Some of us noticed the sheets and pillow case that looked like someone had already slept on it. It had hair all over! So we had to laundry our sheets first day. The floor had sand. Dust on cabinets and windows. The pool was full of sand as well. I had to call to get it cleaned. The house is beautiful but needs a lot of attention. One block from the beach which we liked very much. We’d spend a lot of time at the pool after we come from the beach. And we stay late just hanging out at the pool area. Would have been nice if the pool lights are actually working. The kitchen had a nice drawer type microwave, two dishwashers that were not working. A nice Viking refrigerator that was leaking and freezer that was not keeping food frozen. It’s nice that they at least have another refrigerator provided and ice maker. Centralized air conditioning in the house but they had to provide portable air conditioners in three of the rooms or it will be too hot otherwise. The air vents are leaking in the first floor and second floor due to too much condensation. The water dripping from the second floor vents had become too much that they had to provide towels to put on the floor. 5th day, the washer started leaking and flooding the floor through the other room. Dryer was stopping several times mid drying. I got tired calling.

Great location but repairs are needed

The house was a great layout for our large group and great proximity to the beach. The ice maker didn’t work and the house in general needs numerous small repairs. The greatest disappointment was that the first floor AC unit was not cooling and was leaking water all over the floor, this was a problem for the entire week. Someone was sent out a couple of times but the problem was never corrected. Those sleeping on the first floor were u comfortable all week. Other than that, the managers we were very responsive and always eager to help. The location of the house is hard to beat!

Family Vacation

The location is fabulous but the house is in need of maintenance for sure. Lots of little things need repaired and replaced for the price that it’s rented for. I have stayed in Destin for 14 years and that was the most expensive house we rented and needed the most repairs.

Nice but some problems.

Plumbing problems - toilets plus hot water in 2nd floor bathroom had no handle. Lack of seating in billiard room and living room. Bed in 2nd floor opposite stairs - box springs or support broken. Kitchen well appointed. Bar hard to use because of large stools and dining room table and chairs so close. Home was very comfortable even so for our group of 20. Spa didn’t work. Emergency service didn’t work —left message but no reply .

Huge house at great location!!

We had more than enough room for our family of 15. Everyone had their own bathroom. We could all fit comfotably in the kitchen/ eating area for meals. Beach access 1 block away. Beach toys at store one block away. Grocery 1/2 mile away, great restaurant 3 blocks alway. Only thing I would change is more shade with umbrellas, fans, or trees around west facing pool and balaconies. Very hot in the afternoon.

2018 Family vacation

This was a very nice house for 19 of us to stay in for a week. There was plenty of space, hot water, towels, refrigerators, and kitchen utensils to help prepare what little we cooked. We were very disappointed in the outside grill. One night we tried to grill chicken for 19 people but all the burners did not work. The grill really sucked. In the living room there were big pillars going to the ceiling. The pillar by the back edge of the couch was a toe catcher. We had to wrap a towel around the bottom so we would not stub our toes on it. Other than the grill and the toe stubbing pillar the house was great. The pool was a nice size. We could have used a umbrella or two since there was not a lot of shade for sitting out watching the kids in the pool. We had trouble with the TV not working, but after I called about it, they were prompt about getting it fixed. There was good parking for our 4 cars.

touched by the sun

overall great time. staff was attentive , when needed, which was only a couple of times. we had come in the day before and stayes overnight 10 minutes away. we decided to rive around area and stopped to look at house before 3, and owner came by and house was ready and let us in! what a great surprise and appreciated. shout out to Carrie who stopped by seveal timesto check on us and helped with the set up of our surprise wedding for our family. she even text me the day of wedding to say congrats and forecast looked good. what perfect day it was! we would definitely return. the reason I rated it a 4 star is just due to some minor repairs needed.

Lovely House!

The house was beautiful and spacious. It was perfect for our book club retreat. The only negative is that we had no access to the internet, as advertised. That was problematic since one of the ladies is in school and needed to submit coursework. I'm sure WiFi was included in the cost but there was no discussion of credits or compensation.

AWESOME Xmas/New Year vacation rental!!!

Amazing! Walking into the rental we were so pleased! It was clean throughout!! The kitchen was stocked with everything thought possible for a huge dinner !! They called and asked if there was anything else that would make our stay even better than it already was! I would definitely come back and recommend this rental to everybody! The concierge Carrie was "over the top" with her customer service! The owner, Jim, even came by to make sure everything was satisfactory!! I would definitely recommend this rental, it was spacious, well- stocked, spotless, etc,...

The house was AMAZING!

The house was truly incredible. Our party included 16 people with many cars and this house has more parking then any other around! As you walk in, you are struck by the openness of the kitchen/living area. There is ample seating in front of the main television including a massive couch. The kitchen was stocked for a chef, and the outdoor grill was seemingly brand new. The pool/hot tub area was well maintained and a guy came to clean once a week. Each room was comfortable and the showers were all clean and shower pressure was high! Overall the place was incredible and my family had a great holiday get-away. Carrie the concierge and Jim the home owner created an experience my family will not forget. This is our second year staying with Beach Reunions in Destin and we will be returning next year!

Our children and grandchildren love Mykonos--everyone has their own space. . .feel like it is our BEACH HOUSE! Jim and Carrie always make us feela t home!

Almost Excellent

Our family of 12 adults and 4 children stayed at Mykonos the past week. The house was beautiful, and the perfect location. We really appreciated being able to walk to the beach, a few shops and restaurants. It's located in a quiet neighborhood. The private beach access and beach chair and umbrella set-up service were terrific. We found the house clean, the beds were comfortable and a good configuration for our family. There was plenty of bathrooms and enough hot water for showers. The linens and towels provided were clean and we had plenty. The air conditioning worked well. There are several porches which is really nice. The kitchen had enough dishes and silverware for our group and lots of appliances including two coffee pots, toaster oven, toaster, microwave, two refrigerators, and two blenders. There are two dishwashers, but one didn't work well enough for us to want to use. The pool was wonderful. It was clean, a good size, and well maintained. The patio furniture was nice although an additional umbrella or two would be helpful since there is not much cover. The outdoor grill doesn't work well. It was advertised that there would be a new outdoor grill with a mini fridge on the patio as of 1/2017, but they hadn't been installed when we were there, so we were a little disappointed. That's primarily why I didn't give the house 5 stars. although given the opportunity, I would have given 4.5. Overall the house is exceptional and we hope to return. We had a wonderful time.

Spring break fun

We were 4 families with 13 kids and 7 adults. The house was the perfect size for us. Everyone had their own space. The pool was awesome and from what I could tell one of the bigger ones in the area. The 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators were much appreciated. The laundry was used quite a bit too and was convenient off the kitchen. The location of the house is great for the area. Really close to the private beach, and ice cream, coffee and souvenir shops within 2 blocks. We rented the golf cart which probably wasn't necessary, but was really fun! Kids loved going for rides and made quick trips to the store easy. Lots of great restaurants nearby too. We had a couple small incidents: pool heat went out twice and we were missing linens for the sofa bed. Everytime we called someone was at the house to address the issue within 30 minutes. Great customer service. The house was recently renovated, but some areas look still in process, specifically the second floor balcony which leaked a little into the 3 bunk room briefly during a quick downpour. Overall we all had a blast and would highly recommend this property and the management company.
