Bakgården har blivit fullständigt renoverad med en stor privat pool med vattenfall och loungerande solterrass i poolen och ny landskapsplanering med palmer och belysning för en fantastisk semesterupplevelse.

    Detta hem har också en helt ny BBQ grill, skärmad i veranda med rektangulär eldstaden och Smart TV. Också utanför hittar du de två golfvagnarna för gästanvändning; Det finns 4 sittplatser och en helt ny 6-sits så att du kan kryssa orten i stil.

    Ta golfvagnarna till stranden när du är trött på att slappa av vid den privata poolen eller upp till Grand Blvd när solen går ner för att ta en film, middag eller shoppa. En privat tunnel under motorväg 98 tillåter tillgång till golfbil till stranden och mer. När du kommer tillbaka till huset, det finns gott om parkering i cirkulär uppfart och extra uppfart som leder till garaget.

    När du ��r redo för lite inomhus är inredningen av detta hem lika fantastiskt som utsidan. Du hittar ett öppet koncept vardagsrum, matsal och vardagsrum; som alla har blivit helt ombyggda och möblerade vackert.

Nice Location

Great time with four couples. We enjoyed the location and use of golf carts. Beach, pool and golf week kept us very busy.

Great Place for a family vacation.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of space for 3 families with kids. The pool was perfect for our kids. . .smaller pool only 5’ deep. There are two golf carts (6 and 4 seater) perfect for multiple families. Overall, we were very pleased with our accommodations and would rent again.

Beautiful home.

Great place for a family gathering. So much to do in this development. Having golf carts was a great benefit to travel into town since we only had one car. Any issues were addressed right away . No complaints.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic! This was our 2nd rental with MVH and the service was top notch. The property was as described and our crew really enjoyed our stay. The added benefit of the two golf carts and pool put this over the top from most gulf area properties. The community is close to everything, yet away from the busyness of hwy 98, which was ideal. What I think sets MVH apart from other rental companies is their attention to detail, proactive communication, and value added amenities. My Vacation Haven will always be our first choice when looking for gulf rentals.

James even offered to help us get to the airport because we had a late flight. This was the 3rd time we have stayed here. The pool is awesome and the golf carts are great as well. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Spring Break 2021

Beautiful property--great location. The house was well laid out and very comfortable for our party. Although a minor detail, the dishwasher leaked and was in need of repair and there was not 1 full length mirror in the entire house. With 5 women in our group, this presented a minor problem!! :) All in all the our trip to Sandestin was wonderful and we would recommend this property to friends and family.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good but not great. Mattresses could definitely be replaced. Ice maker not working next to washer dryer. There should be more towels and washcloths available. An upgrade on kitchen cookware and dinnerware is needed. Pool and golf carts were wonderful to have. For the cost of this rental I think we could have found something better

I thing in the kitchen to actually cook a decent meal with, pitiful pots and pans I would say- the owner came by which I would say is creepy, the electric blinked out on us for a night (8+ hours). Zero compensation and we even had a complaint the we were parked on the grass - it was our neighbor. Terrible company, just so-so house

We were looking forward to using the fire pit as the description indicated, but it was nowhere to be found. The pool would have been an awesome feature but was too cold to use due to the time of year we visited. The waterfall, however, provided a soothing sound effect while we enjoyed the back porch/yard. The two golf carts were so handy & we had the best time driving around the resort & looking at the beautiful homes! I will say that we were NOT fans of the Ring doorbell as it felt like we were being watched and/or judged in a way. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

While I can appreciate the desire for cost control, I would have to text the company and then they would have to text the owner. The rental company was amazing and apologetic, but it was frustrating. For this reason, we would not stay in this home again.

Call the property manager and never received a call back after arrived with questions on a/c I was able to google and alive the problem.
