Welcome to our piece of paradise at Mission Beach.
A modern comfortable space is yours to enjoy! With a large outdoor deck, two air-conditioned bedrooms with Queen beds, (master has en-suite), vaulted ceilings throughout, spacious air-conditioned lounge, plus a fully equipped kitchen & dining area. A place to restore and relax. The property backs onto a Rainforest corridor with access to the beach via a dedicated walking path, you could be dipping a toe into the ocean within a 10 minute walk!
The space
Large outdoor deck, vaulted ceiling inside, a light, bright breezy home with modern fittings & furnishings. Large flat screen TV in the lounge, books to enjoy, puzzles to ponder & time to relax.

Guest access
Apart from the locked study which is where we keep our personal effects, the balance of the house is yours to enjoy.

OK, a few other things to mention.

The first:
There is a house under construction next door. We do need comment on this as there is a chance that there will be noise during the working week. This construction is expected to be completed sometime! (owner builder)

The second:
The Rainforest Corridor behind the property has a walking path for use during Daylight Hours only. You will hear people, walk, jog, or ride the bikes past.

The third:
There is NO swimming Pool, however there is a public swimming open.
There is a stinger net available at the main beach in the village during summer.
Do not attempt to take a selfie with a Cassowary. They don't like people
Do not attempt to take a selfie with a Crocodile. They do like people.

The Final:
There is NO gas BBQ.
However we do provide an electric outdoor grill.
Please do not use it inside the house.
