The dinning area has a 6 person dinning table, beautiful art pieces and a full wall curtain that extends floor to ceiling, Slide to open and let the natural light illuminate the house.

Enjoy a good family time or watch a movie with a big QLED TV and Soundbar/Subwoofer for a better experience. Large windows with views to the pool and backyard. Cozy sofas and artwork throughout the house.

If it feels like board game night. Check out some of the game collections for fun for all ages, and enjoy a good time with friends and family. (First door on your left as you enter the house)

Both bedrooms have super cozy beds. Master bedroom has a Queen size and guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and 2 Twin inflatable mattress. Both rooms have smart TVs

Feeling like reading? Grab a book from the gorgeous New York style Green bookshelf. Turn on the Lights, and if you like coffee, find the green Keurig on the kitchen counter and prepare some complementary coffee. Relax on the cozy chairs by the Parisian bistro table.

Time for a delicious meal. Feeling creative? Enjoy the premium kitchen appliances. Check out the gorgeous fully covered quartz island with 2 stools to keep company while cooking or just socializing and dipping chips or appetizers. Let’s get some fresh air. The spacious green backyard is perfect to have a fun time and play area for the kids while the adults can unwind and relax. The small covered patio has a smart tv to watch sports or music videos. Relax on the pool side loungers with some shade with lots of greenery and grown plants and if the time is right you might catch the frangance of the gardenias and jasmine flowers.

Enjoy the covered farm style patio with cozy outdoor furniture nice grown plants and colorfull trees, relax and grill. See the sunrise and sunset views at this peaceful area. Backyard has a 4 person table and chairs for a nice morning brunch or a romantic wine & dine.

Pool Time! Not your typical pool, enjoy this 15ft x 30ft size pool with a depth of 3ft-5ft. The pool has a landing of 3ft with 1 ft deep and fun fish, crab, and sea star tiles, perfect to sit with the young ones and enjoy. Take the pool chair in to the landing area and cool under the umbrella shade. ( Ask about the Fountain and lighting, we will guide you to turn it on)

For even more fun relax on the underwater built in table with underwater sitting. Beautiful pool tile countertops and pool trim all around. Open the umbrella for some shade and relax listening to the (Illuminated) gray brick waterfall with stone plate tops. Check out the basketball net on the waterfall and shoot some hoops with family and friends.( Ask us for instructions on turning on 2 water jets that shoot from the cool deck into the pool with pressure regulator) Sit back enjoy the show in complete relaxation.
