“Jerry was a very responsive and helpful host, and communication throughout the stay was excellent. The home itself is quite spacious, which was a plus. However, it didn’t meet the level of cleanliness and upkeep I was expecting for the price. The interior could benefit from fresh paint, and some of the furniture appeared worn and not fully clean. Overall, while the host experience was great, the property felt more like a 3-star stay than the 5-star standard it was advertised as. I’m confident...

“The host was great the house was so beautiful and peaceful. My only complaint the listing said 5 bedroom but the house only had 4 true bedroom not 5. We were very pleased with the property. The outside room was hot the first night but the owner came by to chance the pool filters we told him and the hand man was on site less than 2 hours and problem solved. The house location is super close to everything but there is no reason to leave the house it had everything we needed. We loved that the...

“This home is very convenient to shopping & restaurants, located in a quiet & well maintained neighborhood. It is very clean with basic supplies available if needed. The home is beautifully decorated & we love the courtyard! Our 3 dogs enjoyed the grassy yard in the front & side yards. There is an above ground pool which was placed only a few days before we arrived. It is not ready to be used. It will be a pretty oasis once they finish it.”

“The pool is lovely. It was clean and perfect temp. It was perfect for my family. The tiles around the pool and eating area are very slippery and dangerous. There were no plastic options for poolside drink containers which would make sense to provide. We were short on pool towels which is not a big deal but would have been nice. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, only wash clothes and one towel. The kitchen has many things with which to cook but missing some key elements. No...
