“Great price nice staff location was great not to far from anything”

“The staff could’ve been a little bit nicer”

“I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change because they were overbooked. This was frustrating, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance. The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. “This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!”

The hotel may be a bit off for some, but not a problem for us. It was walking distance to riverwalk and Uber helped us travelling to/from when we...

“If you need just a clean room and comfortable bed near the Alamodome, this is PERFECT. The only complaint I have is that the towels were visibly in need of being replaced.”
