“This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been. There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard. Biggest issue was communication, our place...

“My experience with this property was not satisfactory, mainly because of the restriction placed on the air conditioning. In the middle of summer in San Antonio, with extremely high outdoor temperatures, the thermostat was programmed so that guests could not lower the temperature below 71°F. For our family, this made the house feel too warm, especially at night. I believe that when renting an entire property and paying for a stay, guests should be able to adjust the air conditioning to a...

“I booked my stay through Expedia approximately one month in advance, expecting the room I reserved to be available upon arrival. Unfortunately, I was assigned the wrong room, and the hotel was unable to accommodate a room change because they were overbooked. This was frustrating, especially given that the reservation had been made well in advance. The cleanliness of the room was also concerning. For the first two days, leftover food from a previous guest remained beside the bed and went...

“This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!”

“Microwave and shower were not very clean. Everything else was great.”

“The house was super clean, comfortable and beautiful. We felt at home. The location was perfect, near River Walk, Airport and the Frost Bank Center where the concert was. The check in process was really easy and Tania sent me all instructions with enough time to get ready for my trip. I will definitely recommend this house for your next visit to San Antonio. The price is also very good compared to all Hotels I checked. Thumps up!!!!”

“Rymligt stadsnära lägenhetshotell. En kort gångpromenad från Convention Centre, och en något längre promenad till Riverwalk. Väldigt rymliga rum med kyl, frus, spis etc.”
