“The property was nice overall and in a nice location but one of the door handles was broken on the way in and wobbly in the morning. The key card lock took 5 or more tries every time to open the door and the fold out couch had a mattress that needed replaced a long time ago. My kids decided that they would rather sleep on the floor than the pull out bed. Breakfast was good and staff were good at restocking items as they ran out.”

“I helped the property manager out by switching to another unit. The unit was nothing like the one I reserved. I was supposed to have leather couches, but we received stained couches and a stained mattress. blinds that didn't go down, so we couldn't use one of the rooms and had to share beds. The banister was a safety hazard because it was wobbly. Very disappointed. I paid over 300 for a subpar town house. ”

“The main living area was fine though some lights did not work. There I was an open electrical box that should be covered where the lights didn’t work. The coffee cups were all dirty; we didn’t use the other dishes. The bedroom and bathroom door knobs were mostly broken and unlockable. One door knob was missing another fell off when opening the door. The laundry/bathroom had no sink to wash your hands. Three of the seven bedrooms had issues with the lamps and outlets not working, we tried looking...

“Our host was very quick to respond to questions and concerns. The townhome is conveniently located near interstate and main roads to access shopping and other amenities. We were very thankful we could bring our pets and also enjoy having the family members we were traveling to visit hang out in a more comfortable space. We did struggle with the main floor being cold while the upstairs bedrooms were hot, but we adapted by adjusting the heat and wearing thicker socks. I would encourage slippers...
