“Each room has its own bathroom which made it convenient for our stay. There were enough beds and towels. It’s a really quiet neighborhood and local neighbors are really kind. There’s a small tiendita nearby with fresh coconut water, it was so convenient.”

“The house and location is great. I felt comfortable and secure and liked the beach access. On the negative side, there’s cameras everywhere and I find it inappropriate that the pool has a couple of them. The guards at the beach club are a bit rude and condescending. I don’t appreciate that when I’m being kind to them, talking their language, and paying for their good service. Although the area is safe, I would appreciate it if we could lock the doors when we left to go out. ”

“The property needs lots of TLC, spire webs and ants everywhere inside the house, rip furnitures, the gate keepers were really rude, check in time 7:00pm when usually is 4pm but check out time is 4pm. Not full access to the property since we need to ask the gate keepers to open and close the gate to go out.. since check in was at 7 and wanted to go to El tunco at night we were told that we were not allowed to go out after 9 that gate closed at 9 pm.. totally a bad experience.
