Summary:
Our beautiful main floor condo is only 5 minutes away from downtown Moab! Near Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Dead Horse Point State Park, and vast wilderness in between and beyond, our condo is the perfect location for your adventure's home base! Dog friendly and fully wheelchair accessible (ADA). Condo accommodates a party up to 8!

Pool Open (10AM-10PM) March 15th - October 15th
Hot Tub Open Year Round (10AM-10PM)

The Space:
-Enjoy the breathtaking views of the Moab rim and surrounding red rock country from our private patio equipped with a Weber BBQ grill. Our condo has plenty of parking for multiple vehicles, trucks, trailers, jeeps and all your off road adventure rigs!

***Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation? We’d love to have you in this dog friendly property (pet fees apply, 2 pet maximum & some exclusions apply). There will be a $100 per stay pet fee... dogs are not allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. So please inquire with us before booking***

This is an apartment style residence with a crowded parking lot. The complex is a short drive away from the heart of town. Many room for improvement: the kitchen floor was dirty with grease, the living room rug extremely dirty, missing curtain blinds, the bedding sheets were stained and smelly, the restroom showers lost their hot water only after two uses. We definitely DO NOT recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay and are grateful to have found this condo in this location. We had an issue with the washer but the host quickly and kindly responded and took care of the issue with no reservations. He was very communicative during the process. Would definitely recommend.

Moab is a great town, the VRBO had plenty of space and absolutely loved the pool/hot tub. Would absolutely recommend it

We had multiple issues with this rental. Roaches, missing sliding glass door blinds The washing machine was soured. My wife had to clean it out before she could use it. The train in the bathroom sink was very slow to drain and annoying TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. It was a breaker issue, but it wasn’t their fault. It was working when we got there and then it wasn’t. It was just a bad breaker they fixed it promptly. The people were speaking with said they were going to address all these issues.

Nice location in Moab

Overall, the unit was clean and easy to access. The layout was nice and functional. The bed and furniture were comfortable. Everything was clean, with the exception of the washer; the door seal was moldy and the washer smelled of cigarette smoke. There were issues with the sliding glass door to the patio; the vertical blinds were missing 3 slats which compromised privacy and the sliding screen door was bent and did not close. Of note, the master bathroom shower did not provide a bench, shower wand, or grab bars, as were pictured on-line. We notified the property managers of these concerns after we arrived, but received no response.

Tricky key pad on entry door, no light bulb in one of bedroom night stand, missing screen panel on patio curtain (people can see from outside especially at night) and broken dishwasher therefore we had to do dishes for every meal we cooked. Usually there are basic cooking items but there were only salt and pepper so we had to do grocery shopping to get sugar, oil etc. All VRBO properties I stayed had a binder of rules and instructions including map, emergency, etc but none available in this condo. It could be a nice place to stay if these issues we had were improved. Owner changed battery of Yale lock but not dishwasher repair during our stay. Still no light bulb on night stand.

Great stay in Moab

Very nice apartment... lots of space for our family. Kitchen, laundry had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub after long days biking and hiking. Would definitely stay here again.

Arches family trip

Very spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It was well stocked with cooking supplies and allowed us to cook all meals. A little more dining room seating would have been nice. We could relax and watch a movie in the evenings. Easy to get to along the highway. Although we didn’t use the pool/hot tub it is nice to have.

Roomy condo, lots of extras

We are a family of 5 who stayed in the condo for 3 nights and had a great time. We had a trailer with motorcycles and had room to park and lots of places to go ride. Plenty of space in the bedrooms, well appointed kitchen, and lots of extra linens. The hot tub was nice and hot (the pool wasn't open yet, too early in the season), and there were towels provided for it in the condo. We can't wait to come down again soon!

Perfect Location, Very Comfortable

We love that we’re just outside of the hustle and bustle of town and the views are AMAZING. We strolled with coffee under the stars in the early morning and enjoyed the sunrise from the porch. Met some neat people at the pool and our kids loved every minute of it. Great place!!
