Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, 2 gas fire pits and 12-person private hot tub and private heated pool.

POOL/HOT TUB: The 2 - pools and 2 - 12-person Hot Tubs are heated year-round, and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 90 degrees in the winter.
GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table
PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 4 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home.
BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce Court with premium oyster shell for the base.
PARKING: The property is 1 Acre of flat ground. There is plenty of parking area for up to 20 Vehicles and places for trailers to park.
OUTDOOR PATIOS: 2 patios maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal Mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the covered patio.
GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.
COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
