“This property was clean but dated, although we did have an ant problem. If you're looking for a place to just crash after a long day in Moab or the National Parks, this place is perfectly fine. But if you're looking to hang out in a really nice, comfortable property, this isn't it. The picture in the listing doesn't really reflect what the property looks like today. “We visited Moab for a few days of motorcycling and had a great time. The property was perfect for our group of 3 guys with a bedroom for each of us. the two car garage was a bonus, enabling us to park our trailer indoors and keep the bikes safe and secure overnight. It was clean and well maintained with a well stocked kitchen and quality bedding and towels. We will definitely return.”

“We ended our road trip visiting the Mighty Five, and it was the perfect place to cap off the adventure! The location is fabulous, the place is so so so nice, the neighborhood quiet & well kept up. “Perfect for a family! Roomy, great kitchen, ping pong, hot tub and the selling point- the garage for our bikes. Thanks for a comfortable and relaxing stay. ”

“I found a blunt (marijuana) outside on the patio at the base of a post the second morning there. I also found a pair of men’s underwear in a cubby in the closet, at eye level, the second night there. The cleaners did not do a good job. The home itself was awesome. The deck overlooking the creek was amazing. The home had enough amenities if you wanted to cook and serve a meal you can do it easily, or you could just do what we did and walk a few short blocks to several great places for your meals....

“This property is great for those trailering to go Jeeping in Moab. We had 3 trailers and there was more than enough parking for them and the Jeeps. Property itself was awesome. We had enough for 4 families to spread out and do whatever we wanted. Thanks for hosting us! ”

“Very nice property. the only complaints would be the trash was not emptied prior to arrival and i wish the communication was a little better telling us you cannot keep your licensed street legal ATV's on sight in the community at all.( a little surprised since this town is very much about off-roading) Don at the storage lot down the road was very helpful making accommodations for us though. Other than that this place was very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again. ”

“Had 11 ladies stay here for our annual spring mountain bike trip to Moab, and we had a great stay in the condo! It was plenty spacious enough for our large group, and very comfortable. It was great to have a garage to store our bikes, and the pool and hot tub were just across the street which was convenient. Our only complaint was the shower heads were either too aggressive or barely trickling. The shower head in the master bathroom probably needs replacing. The blinds at the sliding back door...

“Excellent location ..yes it’s in town but the walkway by the creek and the wooded lot help to remove that in town feel Comfortable bed lovely little patio. Just great. ”

Good hotel but bad service

"Fantastically nice hotel, good location and good breakfast but lousy help at the reception. We were charged for purchases on our card that we did not make, when I pointed this out they admitted that there was a mistake and that this amount would be refunded at the same time as the reservation for unforeseen costs but despite my contacting them a number of times, according to contact details I got at the reception, they haven't answered, it's ok to make mistakes but you also have to correct the mistakes you make."
