“They cleanliness, was a little questionable, there was a small piece of a tampon wrapper and hair on one of the towels. The hot showers were disappointing to say the least. The water heaters are very small and the temperature is not turned up very high.”

“Very nice place to stay, easy communication with the host and very clean and very accurate description of what your getting and very good price.”

“The house is clean and has nice view with outdoor seating. The only thing is the bathroom in the master bedroom has no door so it’s little bit of no privacy if you need to take a shower. Overall it was a pleasant stay.”

“Amazing location, exceptional communication and customer service, the perfect spot to spend a week in Moab!”

“Worked wonderful for 2 families and our children.”

“It was a beautiful property, enjoyed the back patio and hot tub, very spacious.”

“I’m directionally challenged and your directions were very easy to follow. The staff were so friendly and kind to us and our dog. The cottage was very quaint and clean. We enjoyed ours stay.”

“It was great!”

“Great choice. Location was great, property was nice, clean, and well-maintained.”

“This place is amazing, well located and a gorg hot tub view. The mattresses need to be updated, it’s clear this has been a rental for quite some time and the spring mattresses (including the owners suite bed) squeak, to the point that we had to utilize separate sleeping arrangements in order to get rest. There are also dead bugs in the framed wall hanging artwork in the owners suite, pretty gross. A deep cleaning of this unit would deffo be beneficial. ”

“Beautiful, well-maintained town house that is very well located. Perfect base for exploring Moab area.”

“It is a clean well stocked house, had everthing we needed, close to moab ,but out of the town.peacefully setting”

“This was a great experience for all of us. We enjoyed having a huge townhouse after staying in a hotel. The location was perfect for going to Arches and Canyonland. We had the downstairs and our friends had the upstairs. Everything was beautiful in this place. We appreciated the host getting to us in a timely fashion. Wonderful experience!!”

“It was more then i expected, the kitchen was fully equipped. The rooms were bright and clean . we love moab and this just added to our enjoyment. The kids even had a playroom under the stairs which they loved.”
