THE SPACE
Whether you are visiting Moab to explore the national parks, hit the trails on foot or bike, or take your adventures off-road on 4x4 routes, Copper Canyon Outpost has everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay! Geared towards groups, families, and those traveling with kids, we hope to be able to share with you one of our favorite places - no matter what kind of adventure is bringing you to town.
Choosing CCO means private, exclusive, uninterrupted access to the entire home for the duration of your stay - no shared driveway or amenities, no seasonal use restrictions, and no one else on the property except you!
ACCOMMODATIONS
⧫ Main/Bedroom 1: Suite with King bed, ceiling fan, 50” Roku smart TV, reading chair, full size dresser, ensuite bathroom with double sink vanity, double rain head walk-in shower, and separate toilet room.
⧫ Bedroom 2: King bed, 50” Roku smart TV, full size dresser, tower fan (located in closet), and access to hall bathroom with tub/shower and double sink vanity.
⧫ Bedroom 3: Queen over Queen bunk bed, tower fan (located in closet), and access to hall bathroom with tub/shower and double sink vanity.
⧫ Kids Bunk Room/Bedroom 4: Two Full bunk beds w/ bottom bunk floor beds, 50” Roku smart TV, kids table with chairs, cube shelf with kids toys and books, Pack-n-play with sheets and tower fan (located in closet), and access to hall bathroom with tub/shower and double sink vanity.
All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens, and sheets, full length mirrors, and nightstands with reading lights and alarm clock charging stations. In all of the bedroom closets you will find hangers and shelves, luggage racks, and extra bed linens and blankets.
All bathrooms are stocked with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided - please help us keep our towels in good shape and use the provided makeup towels, if needed. There is also a hair dryer in each of the bathrooms.

⧫ Game Room: The fun doesn’t stop when you get home from a day full of adventures. The game room has something for all ages! 65” Roku smart TV, pool table, foosball, arcade games - Pacman & NBA Jam, wall checkers & tic tac toe, Kids camping corner, variety of family games - board games, cards, puzzles, and mini split with remote to keep the temperature comfortable.
⧫ Laundry Room: Save on suitcase space and pack light! Washer and dryer with complimentary laundry pods, clothes drying rack, and hanging bar with hangers.
OUTDOOR SPACE
⧫ Backyard: Let the kids burn off some energy in the fully fenced-in, private backyard while the adults kick back on the patio lounge furniture or take each other on in a cornhole tournament. Patio with dining and lounge furniture, grill, hot tub, fire pit, and artificial turf. Variety of lawn games to keep the fun going - cornhole, giant jenga, giant connect four, ladder toss - and a telescope to marvel at the night sky and take full advantage of Moab’s International Dark Sky designation. Plenty of space for parking your bikes inside the fence for safekeeping.
⧫ Patio: Space for everyone to just hang out - lounge on the patio furniture, grill up dinner on the BBQ, or soak in the hot tub. Dining table with seating for eight, lounge furniture, propane grill w/ essential tools, all beneath twinkling cafe lights.
⧫ Hot Tub: Relax and unwind after a long day of adventures in our private spa. Open year-round, comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, standing towel rack, hot tub towels provided. Enjoy stunning views of both the La Sal mountains and the Moab Rim as the sun sets on the desert horizon.
⧫ Fire Pit: Enjoy the ambiance of the fire and the glow of the sun setting behind the Moab Rim around the propane fire pit. Seating for 12 in sturdy adirondack chairs, surrounded by cafe lights and mountain views.
PARKING
There is ample off-street truck and trailer parking with room for up to three trucks with trailers in the driveway and adjacent gravel pad. Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis - the house is at the end of a dead end road and we are the only home on our street.

You will have exclusive access to the entire home, fenced-in backyard oasis, and private amenities to enjoy throughout your stay!
PLEASE NOTE: There are two locked owner's closets where we store supplies - guests do not have access to these spaces.

No Smoking: Our home is family-friendly and we would like to maintain the property clear of any traces of cigarettes and other smoking evidence, especially for the little ones who come to visit after you! This includes the outdoor space as well. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.
No Pets: As much as we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets at our home. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.
No Parties: We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all of our guests. This property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask that you respect our quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we do not permit parties, events, or any gatherings beyond the number of registered guests. You will be subject to a fine if this rule is disrespected.
Exterior Security Cameras: Please note there is one floodlight camera above the garage that faces the driveway and a video doorbell at the front door - both are recording 24/7 for security purposes and to keep track of our cleaning/maintenance crews.
