We were charged for purchases on our card that we did not make, when I pointed this out they admitted that there was a mistake and that this amount would be refunded at the same time as the reservation for unforeseen costs but despite my contacting them a number of times, according to contact details I got at the reception, they haven't answered, it's ok to make mistakes but you also have to correct the...

“Close to where we were going. Staff was not very helpful with early check in. Pool and hot tub were good but very noisy with kids we left after a short stay. Breakfast was poor, food was cold and tasteless,bacon was way to thin coffee was terrible.”

“It’s out in the country, about 30 minutes from Moab. Beautiful place. Great view of the mountains. Watch out for the deer on the way from Hwy 191 to the property. Bring your own food for lunch and dinner, unless you eat out. All you need for breakfast is provided. Great gourmet kitchen. Staff is super. You will love this place. It’s like being at home.”

“Not the best hotel I’ve stayed in when visiting Moab but not the worst. It is the only one I’ve ever stepped on a cockroach first thing in the morning in the bathroom. Other than that the room seemed fairly clean.”

“The pictures are misleading and the staff is unavailable and when you can catch, rather rude. One staff scolded my spouse for leaving the broken luggage cart outside in hallway instead of rather coming to get it. The pool is a cesspool and they have used as a trash dump.”

“No one was in the office, and the door was closed when we arrived. A notice on the front door said, "Please call this number to get the entry code," but the phone number was unreachable. We contacted Expedia and obtained the correct number. However, when we entered the room, we found it messy. We called again, and a staff member said they had forgotten to clean the room. They cleaned it within 20 minutes. After the cleaning, we found a stain on the bed sheet, but they did not take any further...

“It’s a motel located in the heart of Moab. A very convenient location with limited amenities. They don’t have front desk available 24 hours. Since survey never ask about value for money which this motel does not provide. I didn’t realize that lodging was so expensive in Moab or it could be because of the weekend and start of summer. There was plenty of parking available but no breakfast.”
