The space

The facility is located at the top of "Puerto Rico" where the popular hiking and cycling trails begin. Shop and restaurant right nearby and the town itself 10 minutes' drive away. Or a suitable walk down the mountainside. Private parking directly outside the front door and the facility has both a heated pool with lots of sunbeds, tennis and table tennis with the necessary equipment.

Spacious apartment with a large sun terrace with space for good meals, sunbathing and relaxation. It has a great view towards the sea and over the mountains where you can wake up to the chirping of birds and watch the sun rise behind the mountains.
You will find calm and peace of mind.
The apartment provided a well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, an oven, hotplates and both a coffee machine and a coffee maker, 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with space for both a dining area, sitting area and sun loungers. Here you have sun from 08.00 to about 18.00 if you do not want to use the heated pool where you have free sunbeds.
You also have access to free tennis, table tennis, a gym and your own car park directly outside the front door.
The best hiking terrain starts 200 m away and only 15 minutes to walk down to the beach where you will find all the water sports activities and the best restaurants. The shopping centers with beautiful shops and with even more restaurants are also nearby. You have all choiches availeble.

The apartment can be enjoyed both inside and outside all year round, as it offers all the comfort you can expect, as well as a fantastic view of the mountain with buildings and the sea.

This property is located in a residential area, therefore any activity that may disturb other guests or neighbors is strictly prohibited.
The house has free private parking for our guests. This nice apartment is located on the building's fourth floor with a lift.

This elegant and cozy apartment is located in a very quiet and peaceful complex with many permanent residents from different countries in Europe and therefore the environment is pleasant on site.
This apartment was until recently our permanent residence throughout the winter, but now it is our second home for shorter stays. Therefore, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and bake. You can use everything we have in the apartment if it is not marked "private" and that includes spices, salt, sugar, tea etc. The necessary detergents are there for use.
Our guests receive a code to use for the doors during their stay and there is a lift in the building
