The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.

The property offers a private outdoor area with a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Guests also have access to a shared pool, which is heated from October to March.

The property is located within walking distance of all essential services, including pharmacies, supermarkets, shops and public transport links. Furthermore, the beach and the promenade can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

A parking space is available on the property.

One pet (max. 25 kg) is allowed.

Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Please keep the volume of the TV and music low from 10 pm to 9 am.
