Hotell nära Mohammed Amin Madrassah

“This was an excellent boutique hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, the best we have had in Uzbekistan. All staff were friendly and professional, answered any queries and always checked that everything was ok. It's position to the old town was a 3 minute walk away but was always quiet at night. The roof top terrace had wonderful views, especially at sunset with the minarets and roof lines Infront of it. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel.”

“まず、テラスからの日の出は素晴らしかった。朝食も素晴らしかった。”

“Family run Guest house with care.”

“Amazing family run hotel In a fantastic easily accessible location. Good breakfast and very comfortable sleeping accommodations! Very pleasant stay in Xiva thanks to this hotel!”

“Bra område- nära till Gamla stan. Tyst. Otroligt hjälpsamt och trevligt personal. Rummet var rimligt. ”

“I am very positively surprised by the hotel. Great welcome from a very nice and smiling staff. Very helpful. Large spacious, clean room. The bed is very comfortable. Top location! I recommend!”

“The location is excellent, right inside the old part of Khiva and close to the historical sites. Room is small and dirty, hairs all over the carpets. The beds are only covered with a fitted sheet. For a blanket you remove a white blanket from the cupboard and put that on the bed with no top sheet. The blanket does not seem to be washed in between guests and it smells and has hairs and particles on it. Very unpleasant. The breakfast is ok if you arrive early, as soon as it opens. If you leave it...

“No hot water at the hotel and they just trying to let us take shower with cold water”

“staff very friendly”

“Hotel has ancient charm. Staff at front desk and in kitchen very friendly.”

“Though I checked in late at night, I was surprised to see the south gate so close to my window in the following morning. Due to lack of English signs in general in Khiva, I still got lost to some extent. But the clear location of this hotel somehow helped me go back to the hotel after the tour. ”

“Disponibilités et gentillesse du personnel Nous avons bénéficié de la chambre en dehors des réservations pour un départ ty”

“Horrible experience!! We truly disliked our stay there; bathroom smells like sewage, customer service is non existent, very poor decor, and lack of outdoor light, difficult to find, the location is on the end of the wall city near north gate. I do not recommend this place and service.”

“From the outside, it's a hole in the wall. Once inside, it's just plain comfortable. Everything works, Mom smiles and feed you like her son. You don't really want to leave.”

“Breakfast was well prepared, staff members were helpful.”

“非常に綺麗で、スタッフも感じが良く、快適に過ごせました。 一つだけあげれば、シャワーの水圧がもうちょっとあればいいかな。”

“Very good hotel and conveniently located - within minutes of the central area and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. The TV did not work but why would you want it to. The temperature control was perfect, room dark at night. My only issue was that unless asked they would not take garbage out or clean room. I was there for 3 nights. The breakfast isnt until 8am which seemed late to me and the quality was so so.”
