“My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home.”

“Everything was great but there was no hot water at all. We only stayed one night. Hot tub was nice and hot but i couldn't rinse off in the shower bc there was no hot water. I did wipe down before going in the hot tub, which was what the owners wanted. Mattress was excellent; view is outstanding and communication with the owners was fabulous! ”
