“Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location to downtown and restaurants. The house is a little tired and worn. Maybe needs some TLC. “Quaint tiny cottage tucked away with a laid back vibe. Chickens to greet you and nice walks to several places like graffiti bridge, bayside views, restaurants and parks. ”

“Property clean, well furnished, comfortable, stocked well, close to everything in Pensacola. Over all , very satisfied. Just a couple of things you might want to be aware of.....no fire or carbon monoxide detectors, the hot water faucet in shower was very tricky, grass could be mowed and saw 3 small roaches and a couple of ants on kitchen counter. These in no way deterred from our stay but wanted you to be aware of.”
