This family or colleague accommodation is a 2-minute walk from Monaco and the covered Beausoleil market. Bright rooms, high ceilings.Belle Époque building, close to all amenities.Two double beds and a sofa bed with a real mattress.Available amenities include Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and iron. Sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, and coffee for the first day.

For your safety and that of the other residents of the building, it is mandatory to respect the following house rules when booking my apartment:
1. Do not bring weapons, firearms, and dangerous and/or explosive equipment or products
2. Do not bring additional kitchen electronics
3. Do not bring/or use gas or other flammable materials. All types of barbecues are strictly forbidden
4. Do not bring illegal substances/drugs
5. Manufacture of any kind is strictly prohibited
6. Respect quiet time from 10 PM to 8 am

All visitors/guests in the flat must register on the booking platform before entering the flat. in other words, be part of the reservation group.

Turn off the lamps, heating, and air conditioner, and lock the door with the key each time you leave the apartment.

Follow these rules during your stay: No weapons, firearms, explosives, or additional kitchen or electronic equipment. No gas, flammable materials, or illegal substances. No drunk behavior. No manufacture of any kind. Respect quiet time from 21 PM to 8 AM.
