“I’m bald, and there was HAIR all around my room, especially throughout BOTH beds, sheets and all! Do they even wash the bedding between stays? By the looks of it, NO. There was food or organic matter on the countertops and especially the night stands. I felt WE had to get out room cleaned before we could relax, so that’s what we did. The staff is SSSLLLLOOOOOWWWW!! Check-in took 20 minutes with only 1 person in front of us. Then late in the evening, I walked someone to their car, brought my room...

“It looks like Quality Inn just bought the property and is fixing it up. Unfortunately the room we stayed in was not remodeled and yet was at a price we would associate with a much nicer room. Not at the standard I have come to expect from Quality Inn.”

“The hotel is no frills and in a great location. The room was not ready for check-in at three and the staff was unhelpful and seemingly unbothered by the line of guests wanting their rooms. We finally got into our room about 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time with water bottles and granola bars as a 'sorry for the wait' bag.”

“Difficult to find as it is tucked in with another hotel. Easy access once you figure that out. Clean rooms and breakfast area. Nice to have a little snack shop. Breakfast was ok- no non milk option that I saw though. Staff very nice and helpful.”

“I love the kitchen in the rooms and the re model. Was a little inconvenient with rooms moving and parking. I don't like that the price has raised so high it's become unaffordable at times I just sleep in my car instead. Inflation is out of control and as often as we rent rooms I feel like we are being overcharged we the customer (regulars) pay into the upgrades Everytime we stay here. Also breakfast in the bare minimal and always running out of instant food it's not even hot and for the price...

“There was broken blinds, the coax cable was broken, no tv signal, dirty sink, no mattress cover. This was room 327. Front desk moved me to room 328. When I walked in room was dirty used and had not been cleaned, bed all undone and keys on counter. I had to go back to 327. Horrible experience I would like my money back. ”
