"We had a horrible experience with this hotel. They never sent us the access code for our room, so we had to contact them on WhatsApp before we could access the building. When we finally got to our room we discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working (yes, we had closed all doors/windows). We contacted them again on WhatsApp, but only got a “Sorry, nothing we can do about that” in reply. The room was 28 degrees Celsius through most of the night. Having the windows open wasn’t really an option either because of the loud nightlife and music on the street below. Since they don’t have a manned reception they also don’t have any secure luggage storage. We had do drag our bags in the summer heat to a paid storage box facility 10 minute away from the hotel, of course at an extra expensive. Based on the poor communication and indifference to our guests experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. "
