They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless, greeting us warmly and accommodating every request with grace and ease. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality added a personal touch to the whole experience. And the food! We had a four meal course and all dishes felt like a feast, with exquisite flavors and beautifully presented dishes. Fransisco held the most perfect, relaxed yet informative, wine tasting with their own wines - highly recommend! The palace had an almost fairytale-like vibe — especially during the evenings, when the soft lighting and candlelit dinners made everything feel truly magical.
