The rate was affordable, and the property is in the same area as other much more expensive hotels. “It being connected to the Middleton Place grounds was great. We walked the paths and saw so much wildlife. The hotel was also a treat as it has great views of the Ashley River and the marsh areas across the river. We will go back again.”

“Location of the hotel is great and right on the beach. However if you are looking for a good nights sleep don’t book this hotel. The walls are as thin as paper and if your neighbor is having a normal conversation it is like they are in your room, you even hear if they are watching tv. Roomservice starts knocking on the door at 8 in the morning and since it is so noisy all the rooms hear it. ”
