“Das große und gut ausgestattete Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unbeschreiblich. Ruhe pur. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief unkompliziert. Die Umgebung bietet enorm viele Ausflugsziele, ob Meer (Fano) oder Berge (Urbino), kleine Orte (Mondavio) oder größere Städte (Ancona), alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!”

Et plusieurs restaurants à 10-20 min . Supermarché à 10 min. Choix de très bon restaurants proposés par le propriétaire. Œufs frais, tomates et raisin gracieusement offert. Propriétaire toujours à disposition et heureux de rendre service. Magnifique séjour dans une très belle région. A recommander.”

“La camera è molto accogliente e il bagno anche molto spazioso. Il ristorante collegato alla struttura è buono e i prezzi sono giusti. Purtroppo la strada per raggiungere l'agriturismo è sterrata, ripida, non illuminata e poco segnalata se si arriva dalla statale (Google Maps, tra l'altto, indica un punto non corretto). Inoltre, l'ingresso presenta qualche gradino alto, che rende scomodo l'accesso con le valigie. Nonostante il filtro di Expedia, la colazione non era compresa nella prenotazione,...

“La struttura ha detto che non ha rappporti con hotel.com . Non gli risultava la prenotazione.Non ha bancomat e carta di credito per problemi di connessione . Pagato in contanti. Il costo della camera invece dei 55€come da prenotazione con cena e colazione ha detto che era un errore di hotel.com il costo era solo della camera e che la cena non era compresa costo 25€. ”

Abbiamo prenotato per 4 notti un appartamento con cucina e ci è stata data una stanza tripla.Ci siamo accomodati,qualcosa non ci tornava e abbiam controllato la prenotazione (essendo in un posto dove non prende telefono nè internet e con wifi che funziona male c’abbiam messo un’ora a collegarci). Fatta notare con discrezione la cosa ad una collaboratrice, ci ha riferito che andava vista dal gestore e che gliene avrebbe parlato il prima possibile. Dopo...

“We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!”

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”
