The lower level offers its own private hangout space with a queen bedroom, comfortable living room, full bathroom, and walk-out access to the back patio. From there, guests can follow the path down to the dock for easy lake access and waterfront fun.

**Please Note: Even when the lake level is at 790 ft, there is approximately 9 feet of water on the deep side of the floater and about 3 feet on the shallow side. This provides plenty of depth for swimming and is sufficient for most boats to access and use the dock comfortably.
