Boat Ramp, Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pool Access, Hot Tub, Playground, Beach, Volleyball, Tennis Courts, Fitness Center, Restaurant on Site in Resort, Wedding Venue, Clubhouse, Conference Center, Boat Rentals Available. Cable TV, Free WIFI. Perfect location for family vacation on the lake or a prime location for fishing tournament participants. Condo will be available to rent beginning 7/1/22. Sorry - no pets, no smoking (resort rules)

Overall, we had a very nice time and enjoyed it thoroughly. I would like you to know that there were condiments in the fridge and a few items in freezer when we arrived. The towel rack in the hall bathroom was loose hanging from the wall. We did see some ants in the kitchen and living room area. I would suggest a good cleaning and good mop job. We would stay again. Thank you!

Prime Lake Condo Rental

The unit has a great layout with solid finishing for a pleasant stay on Smith Mountain Lake. The rental has access to first-come-first-serve boat slips, and boat rentals from Bernard’s Landing was accessible as it was walking distance to the unit. Sweeping waterfront views, immediate access to the waterfront off the back patio of the unit, and walking distance to the lakes current premier fine dining/casual restaurant on the water at Napoli by the Lake. Minor components/repairs throughout the unit may need attention by the host, such as broken bathroom fans, a towel rack in the bathroom coming out of the wall, and one of the oven knobs needing attention/replacing. Signs of roaches were evident at check in and throughout our stay, but dead ones we found at check-in showed signs the owners are treating the problem.

Beautiful views and spacious

Labor day vacation

The condo is convenietly located and within walking distance to the pools, sauna, hot tub, "sandy beach", boat rental and restaurant. It has everything you need for a pleasurable retreat. Our hosts, Amy and Rodney were very helpful and quickly responded to our questions about navigating the resort and its amenities. The neighbors were very friendly and hospitable. It was a fabulous vacation get away and we hope to go back again and stay again!

Lakeside Oasis

We have been staying in Bernard’s Landing for 20 years or more. This unit was previously owned by a friend of ours so we have stayed here many times. The new owners have done a great job with it. The condo is clean, comfortable and convenient to all that SML has to offer. We will definitely be back!
