“Les points très positifs sont les services proposés (produits de toilettes, linge, ménage et disponibilité pour répondre aux questions, … ainsi que le vin à l’arrivée), l’emplacement de l’appartement, la climatisation, la possibilité de stationner à l’intérieur et son jardin avec terrasse. Concernant l’appartement il est spacieux et l’équipement est suffisant, même si on peut regretter la petite taille du réfrigérateur et la douche un peu étroite.”

“Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch. Alles war perfekt - von der Sauberkeit bis zur Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und nett, sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unterstützt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ebenfalls optimal, zum Einkaufen aber auch um in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!”

“Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

“We came with our large family to relax. Just water, sun and relax. The house is really beautiful, especially because the property is quite large and you have everything to yourself. The house is beautifully decorated. Everything is clean. I read that it wasn't suitable for small children, but I felt very comfortable there with my 20-month-old son, who could just walk. “Poor!!! Kitchen the sink is leaking and the units are water damaged. Downstairs bedroom looks and feels like a storage room converted. Main bedroom shower does not have a wall fixing so couldn't be used. The quality of bedding throughout was poor lack of pillows. The main feature of property the top floor is not airconditioned and therefore locked off. Overall our impression was of a villa in decline. We paid a reasonable price for a poor quality villa so therefore considered it overpriced.”

“Wow! What a wonderful villa, with an amazing, huge garden. The pool is huge, the rooms big and comfy (great, comfortable beds!). Clean, modern bathrooms, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and glasses...what more can I say! We didn't use any of the luxury services we could have ordered on top, but the communication with Novella was great. We would book again in a heatbeat!”

“This is a rather unusual villa on 3 levels with a wonderful swimming pool in a good loocation in the upper reaches of Verona-felt rural but was by the city-lovely sitting rooms and one super bedroom with ensuite-but other bedrooms not so good-better kitchen was downstairs so a treck to the terrace with food for 14 people. The cactus by the front door was a liability with children between 4 and 12.”

“Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic.”

“Fantastisk lägenhet, ( Vi bodde en familj med bebis i Lgh Leo 2) Två separata sovrum, små balkonger ut mot den lilla gatan och nära Verona Arena. Personalen var fantastisk! Så vänliga och hjälpsamma med precis allt & alltid med ett leende på läpparna!! Nära till shoppinggatan & till stora torget. Enda lilla minuset var att det inte gick att stänga av AC:n..temperaturen i lägenheten var varm. i övrigt var den fantastisk! ”
