"Great location, easy to get to and find. Modern design and Scandinavian feel. Really comfortable beds and fantastic shower. If you like some retail therapy the Mall is next door. 20 minutes to get to Bristol city centre and also a great location for trips to places outside of the city. The diner next door serves great breakfast options that we tried but also other diner style options. Not the cheapest but good value for the quality and good service. Parking behind the hotel is free with plenty of places. I only wish there were more locations across the UK, this would be my first choice chain. "

"Modern and well located in walking distance to *everything*. Very nice decorated and lovely atmosphere in the lounge. Only downside was that toilet paper wasn't restocked. Had to ask for more which was supposed to be brought to my room ASAP, but wasn't done after several hours when I came back from dinner."
