“The property was very clean, newly built or renovated and roomy. Great space for our family of 5. The one major issue we had was the “air conditioning” which is actually just a “floor cooling system”. Basically cool tile floor. Which, unfortunately, does nothing to keep you cool at night. “The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The stairs are very steep for young families, although not unusual for Monopoli. The 3rd bedroom on the ground floor had its own front door and to access the other 2 bedrooms you had to go outside and enter through the main door for the apartment. The kitchen has a very low roof and anyone over 6 foot will not be able to stand straight.”

“The Apartment was excellent for two couples and would be ideal for a family of four. It was spotless and well equipped. The balcony was an outstanding space and the location was very good for the old town, bars, restaurants and shops. However, we were disappointed by an aircon fault that meant there was a loud buzzer every couple of minutes when in use, this was particularly problematic the night of arrival as were woken several times and had no idea what was going on. “We enjoyed our stay and everything was fine. It' s a family friendly place. Communication with the host was easy. However, the kitchen and bathroom could use more attention when it comes to cleanliness and maintenance. There was visible mould in the corners of the bathroom, which was disappointing. Improving the cleanliness and maintenance of these areas would make the accommodation much better.”

Dessutom bilar det betong klockan 6 på morgonen. Helt omöjligt att sova. Trångt och mörkt rum utan fönster. Mest besvikna blev vi på att beskrivningen om att omgivningen inte stämmer ”
