“Very clean! Excellent amenities! Comfortable and convenient.”

“House was what we needed for a family of 5. Beautiful view and friendly area. Dock was great for views and catching fish. Under water growth a bit extensive but if your patient/persistent no big deal. Bugs was horrible at night but to be expected near marsh/water. We loved our stay!”

“This is a very cool place. Set off in the back along a woodline, secluded and yet not. Played air hockey and fossball which was a blast from the past. Would indeed stay again if in the area.”

“Cute and homey. And backyard was lovely – private with the wind blowing from the river, so the firepit smoke blew away from us. Would definitely recommend!”

“This house was amazing. The host included everything you need in the conformation text so you hardly need to text for anything.”

“Great visit!”

“Everything was great - I was trouble with Vrbo, getting back to the address and finding the actual address again.I had way more room than I needed, but thoroughly enjoyed the antiques and plants and especially the balcony to have my morning coffee on!The light switches were hard to find and there was NOT enough light in the bedroom and bathroom.”

“Rural setting. Gorgeous property. Clean. Well maintained. Close to Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor. Easy/cheap UBER ride to Ann Arbor. Close to groceries, gas, convenience.”

“There is plenty of outdoor space, an awesome game room and plenty of room to host a large family gathering. We hosted a family reunion and there was plenty of space to spread out.”

“Host was still cleaning the unit 45 mins passed the check in time. Tripped on a warped floor walking in covered by a rug. Sheets and comforter smelled like mildew in the bedroom. Doors hard to close or broken because of warped flooring. No drinking cups only coffee mugs. 2 plates and 3 bowls. Not the end of world but if more than 2 people you need to wash or take turns eating. No paper towels. Tv remote didn’t work in the one bedroom. Does not have central air but has 3 windows units . ...

“Everything was so clean and the host was very easy to contact and responded quickly.”

“This is a long time, well loved and lived in property and my family only added to that love. The deck and pool are the summertime highlight and we ate several meals out there cooked in the large kitchen. It's not a totally stocked kitchen so ask before arrival if you need specifics. Suzan was responsive. Also used the trail along the water only a couple blocks from the house.”

“Nice neighborhood. Clean house.”

“Great place and host was very responsive! Definitely will stay here again!”

“Was a nice little place. A/C could use some work but other than that it was perfect”
