“Unfortunately, our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.The property was advertised as having air conditioning, but upon arrival we discovered it only had a portable AC unit rather than central air. During one of the hottest periods in Seattle's history, the portable unit was not sufficient to keep the home comfortable. This distinction should have been clearly disclosed in the listing before booking.We were also sent an extensive list of house rules and restrictions...
