Holiday rental La Rimessa is a beautiful stone building that includes air conditioning, WiFi internet and pool. La Rimessa is a villa / farmhouse / home that has a total of five separate apartments. The property can sleep up to 30 people comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano.

LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.

In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.

Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.

A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.



The Experience
When you arrive you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills and the lake perfect for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Outside you will also find a barbecue grill, playground and patio. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday home where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

La Rimessa is a nice stone building having a total of five private apartments that is conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and shared pool.

Fornace 1 is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).

Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday.
