“La struttura era molto pulita ma non dispone di aria condizionata, nell'appartamento è disponibile sono un ventilatore verticale. Non definisco questa esperienza positiva perché l'assistenza è disponibile solo fino alle ore 21. Dopo le 24, al nostro rientro in struttura c'è stato un black out in tutto il quartiere e, avendo solo una chiave elettronica non riuscivamo ad accedere nell'appartamento. Abbiamo provato a chiamare il servizio clienti più volte ma la chiamata prima ci è stata rifiutata e...

“Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,”

“No locks on any doors, as far as I could tell. When I booked, the listing said that I would not have to share with travellers outside my own party and yet I ended up having to share with an absolute stranger. Additionally, the listing said that WiFi would be provided, but after checking in the person renting the apartment told me I would have to use the public city WiFi. ”

“Main Electricity was tied to a key that you needed to leave, so NO charging devices or leaving the AC on or using the washingmachine?!? on when you go out to throw trash or eat lunch. Otherwise very good location, recommended if you dont need to wash and as long as it isnt very hot outside.”

“Well appointed property. We were 3 adults and a dog and the house was large enough and comfortable.The town of Cocconato has restaurants and grocery store all walking distance from house. A good base for visiting all the major towns/villages of Piedmont. Excellent communication with host.”
