âNice hotel. Easy to find. Large comfortable room (1 bedroom suite). Clean and quiet. Ok WiFi. Courteous staff. Good restaurant on premises, plenty of other restaurants close by (you of course need a car). Safe area and plenty of parking. Nice little indoor pool and fitness area. Only mediocre was complementary breakfast but ok for being in the US. All in all, would definitely stay there again and can recommend it.â
âDecent place but very unvenient for late check ins via Newark airport. My plane was late but checked in online at the hotel that I would come at midnight. Waiting 45 minutes at P4 for any shuttlebuss until I called hotel and then say the shuttlebuss doesnât run after 11 and that was informed. No it was not stated anywhere in the emails I received only that âsomeâ service might not be functional. Late night shift man was arrogant and uninterested to help. Daytime staff decent but the shuttlebuss...
âCustomer service was excellent. The staff were nowhere to be seen (which I like!) but when a snow storm changed my original plans the hotel was understanding and helpful.
The room was well organized and comfortable, parking lot was small but I never had an issue finding a spot during my stay.
The rate was a good value, especially for the location - wanted to be in Summit & the town/train station was easily accessible via foot. Will definitely be coming back.â
