"The hotel staff was very helpful and super kind. The breakfast was a classic Italian breakfast with some savory added. It felt a bit light, we would have appreciated more greens and more savory alternatives.
The breakfast staff though where very helpful with making sure our family members that is gluten intolerant always had a good breakfast buffet, thank you.
Cleaning staff did a great job, always super clean and fresh in the room and the hotel overall was always very clean. Always with a small even though it was 40 degrees and humid.
Pool area was enjoyed by our child. The pool was very clean all though a refresh of the pool and greenery around would not hurt.
This hotel feels like it had a lot of potential so become a really beautiful hotel if they would invest a bit more in the hotel. There is a terrass on the roof area that we saw had a lovely potential for evening drinks but was not in use unfortunately.
Location wise the hotel is perfectly located as it’s super close to some of the island most beautiful beaches and San Teodoro that has a great night life. The steamier self has a nice market very evening and many nice restaurants to choose from that are only a 5 min walk away.
Overall we are happy with our stay but need to comment on that online is says the hotel is 4* but once you arrive it says 3* with is more appropriate and matches the actual standard and no balcony.
