“Such a beautiful property and the staff is so kind and responsive”

“This tiny home had all that was needed for an enjoyable weekend. Loved being right near the trailhead that goes down to the waterfalls. Some of the group even swam below the falls. Being at the rear of the community there's less traffic with people entering and exiting the community, though there's hardly any of that anyway. Great place to stay!”

“This home was absolutely perfect for our stay the visit The Caverns venue. The home was spotlessly clean, private and just adorable. Communication with host was always prompt. Only downside is I wish we had stayed more than one night. I would definitely return and stay longer! ”

“We loved our stay at deer lick falls! It was a nice home away from home. It was nice to have the amenities such as a stove, oven, grill and a washing machine and dryer. We traveled with two children and anyone that knows these are a must! I was however disappointed that the “kids play area” was indeed not in the area we stayed. It was over in the waters edge property which required us to get in the car and go find it. Next time I will stay in the waters edge property if available to be closer by...

“Pet/service animal friendly, beautiful property, plenty of benches and gazebo space to sit and relax and unwind. Clean room and the fact that they supply you with everything you need to get started goes above and beyond they give you dishes they give you even three rolls of toilet paper. They are very customer oriented and very happy to do whatever they can do to make your stay the best they possibly can. They are very friendly and this is a property that I would probably like to enjoy at least...

“Overall very nice cabin, quiet and comfortable.If I can offer one suggestion, investing in a shower curtain rod that would curve out from the tub, would be a cheap fix to help out us bigger people fitting comfortably in a small shower.”

“The place is amazing. Perfect for families spend some quality time together. Nicely clean, cozy, comfortable. It's worth spending some time at the waterfall in the retreat. The trail is challenging, but when you reach the waterfall, it's very beautiful. We had amazing days in Tennessee”
