“We stayed in a one-room cabin, upon opening the door, we were overwhelmed by the very strong musky smell. The cabin was filthy, with boxes left under the table from prior guests. The room was dusty, with a dirty bathtub and spiderwebs. We did not sleep well due to the smell of the cabin and the fear of spiders, as evident by a spider in the bathroom sink.”

“The front desk person was very nice. The room in the hotel seemed to be clean. However, the room had a very strong smell when you walked in and it smelt like urine. I don’t know where the smell was coming from but it was strong. It’s a decent hotel. It’s just older and you can see they keep it clean, but there are no modern amenities.”

“Good location for going to a show at the caverns and visiting foster falls.”

“Pet/service animal friendly, beautiful property, plenty of benches and gazebo space to sit and relax and unwind. Clean room and the fact that they supply you with everything you need to get started goes above and beyond they give you dishes they give you even three rolls of toilet paper. They are very customer oriented and very happy to do whatever they can do to make your stay the best they possibly can. They are very friendly and this is a property that I would probably like to enjoy at least...

“Everything was perfect about the tiny home with the exception did not have a television. However, as soon as I explained to them that I could only sleep with a television in the background….. they immediately moved me to another home. I have stayed in multiple of their properties and they do an excellent job pretty much covering all the details to ensure a unique experience and creating satisfied customers!”

“Loved our stay here - such a cozy little tiny home community, private but not isolated. We loved the hike to the waterfall on the property grounds, as well as the gorgeous Fiery Gizzard North trailhead with several other waterfalls just a short drive away. ”

“We loved our stay at deer lick falls! It was a nice home away from home. It was nice to have the amenities such as a stove, oven, grill and a washing machine and dryer. We traveled with two children and anyone that knows these are a must! I was however disappointed that the “kids play area” was indeed not in the area we stayed. It was over in the waters edge property which required us to get in the car and go find it. Next time I will stay in the waters edge property if available to be closer by...
