The ground floor also includes a living and dining room with a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and living area fitted with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, a toaster, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. 2 shower, bidet, and WC bathrooms complete the ground floor facilities.
