“this beautiful house in verucchio was all we needed. We were with 7 people and a baby for a cycling event and the house was absolutely fabulous. We had 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and enough space for all of us. We loved to stay in this beautiful region with mountains and the sea is only 25km away. The contact with the friendly owners was also perfect so it was a holiday you will never forget.”

“A very nice area and the house is having a beautiful garden with great facilities for both relaxing and preparing meals. So nice hosts, very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment, which is on upper floor with own entrance from outside, has spacious, clean and nicely decorated bedrooms with a bathroom each. Kitchen also well equipped, clean and with a large fridge. The house is in a quiet area, perfect for vacation. Highly recommended!”

“Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur spitze. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter Franco hat reibungslos funktioniert. Kleinste Defekte wurden in kürzester Zeit behoben. Dadurch dass das Grundstück eingezäunt ist, konnte unser Hund zwei Wochen frei laufen. Natürlich ist die Aussicht und die Lage einfach der Hammer. Ausflugsorte und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. So ruhig wie das Haus liegt, muss einem allerdings bewusst sein, dass die halbe Nacht Hunde der Umgebung...

The area around the Molino is so beautiful, and the house itself is just incredible. Die Lage des Appartements ist super. Zum Strand, den Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nur ein paar Schritte. Wir waren vollends zufrieden.”
