Amazing
This property was perfect is was so nice when we walked in and seen the lay out. Highly recommend this suite, location was great right in the middle of everything and easy to access. The pool was right beside us but was till very quite. Owner so very accommodating will for sure be contacting them when we go back to Jamaica.

Nice Family GetAway
Our family of four really enjoyed this apartment with its ocean views and easy private access to the resort. We rented a car and went out to eat mostly or cooked. The market is nearby. The resort food is ok but it’s more fun to get out and explore. The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and had great recommendations. I do wish the swimming was better but my son and I went scuba diving a couple of days so we did get out there.

Prime spot!
The location of this gorgeous property was ideal. The patio overlooking the beach and pool was a great way to enjoy the action but also private. Great advice from the owner and the property manager responded within seconds of any question submitted on the app. The restaurants at the resort were not the best but transportation was easy to get to outstanding local restaurants for authentic Jamaican food. Amazing experience!

AMAZING!
We absolutely loved our stay! The property was even more beautiful than the pictures and had amazing views from the balcony. Ms. Jean checked in with us multiple times to make sure that our stay was perfect and that we had everything we needed. She recommended Chef Michele who cooked for us one evening- be warned that after you eat her cooking- nothing else will taste as good. Her food was hands down the best we had anywhere on the island. We opted out of the all-inclusive but having resort amenities made this property the perfect stay. We loved every minute of our trip and would go back to this property in a heart beat.

Wonderful Stay
The property is beautiful and beautifully kept as is the condo. The condo is very spacious and in the perfect location. Steps from the pools and the ocean. Judy, the owner’s manager is an absolute sweetheart. She had done so much for us, from doing some grocery shopping ahead of our visit to making excursion and dining reservations. We ate at a few of the restaurants on site and found the food to be below average at best. I would suggest dinner out. We ate at Margaritaville, Pier 1, Houseboat, KFC (amazing, trust me!!) and a few others. We all loved the pools, the condo and the gorgeous sunsets. The one drawback besides the dining options was the ocean. I was expecting clear water and sand, what we had was more of a murky, shallow water with a seaweed bottom. The further you go out the clearer the water becomes but you’re not allowed to swim that far out. I would encourage the Jewel Grande to allow people the option to swim past the cove rocks. Out there is the clear water and good snorkeling. I give the condo and property 5/5 and the beach/ocean 2/5. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and Judy played a big part.

Beautiful Condo w/breathtaking views
The listing is as advertised and everything about this property is wonderful. The balcony and views is probably the best part but everything about the condo was 5 stars. Our family of four was so comfortable and had plenty of room. The owners were so accommodating and helped with airport transfers and restaurant recommendations. We had a magical time in Jamaica and would recommend this condo to any one.

We have so many things we can say about the resort and our stay. Where to start? The people were super friendly. The description is completely accurate. The view is breathtaking and you are literally steps away from the pool and beach access. The two bedroom was more than enough space for us 3. Special thanks to Jean for checking on us and ensuring we had a great time. And to my new set family member Michele… we absolutely loved you “Chick-a-Dee” for making my husband’s day by allowing him to cook with you. We are definitely coming back to visit!

Fantastic condo with a spectacular view
This luxury 2-bedroom 3-full bath condo with a gorgeous view is nestled inside of a 4-star all-inclusive resort. You can choose to go the all-inclusive route or opt out and enjoy the many local Jamaican restaurants within 25 minutes either direction. There are many adventurous 1/2-day and all-day excursions that will pick you up/drop off at the resort. Ocho Rios is about a 2-hour drive east and Negril is about a 2-hour drive west, with both offering beautiful beaches, natural wonders and many adventures. The Host is very responsive, and responded quickly to my every question. I highly recommend this property !!

It would take me days to talk about all the fun and how great the resort, island and the Jamicans were. Our resort was First Class and our unit had to be the best, 10 steps from balcony to the bar and another 5 and your in the pool. Beach maybe 30 seconds with outstanding views. Our unit was awesome and cant wait to go back. We love MoBay - Yes Mon.

Best birthday trip
I went to Jamaica with family and friends to celebrate my birthday. We enjoyed our stay in this condo at Jewel Grande Resort. The condo is as described. Great location because one of the resort pools, bar and restaurant are located right down the stairs of your private terrace. The staff are welcoming and glad to help you. The resort is very beautiful. I would gladly stay here again on our next trip and recommend to others.

Amazing stay! The best location in the Jewel Grande Resort.
Great spot in an all-inclusive resort, with pool and beach at your doorstep. Seriously the best location in the resort. A full kitchen, pretty well appointed (we had to buy salt). Very comfortable king sized beds. A great veranda overlooking the beautiful ocean. The all inclusive cost the resort is 150 USD pp/day, reasonable if you are dining breakfast, lunch and dinners, but we opted to skip it, and to go to the grocery store on the way in for provisions. We left the resort for inland and other beach destinations, which were all amazing. We loved Jean, she was so thoughtful and thorough, easy to get in touch with. It is clear that she loves her home away from home! We do too!!!!!! (Already discussing when to go back!)

Fantastic place to stay in the Montego Bay area! Beautiful condo with absolutely everything you could need. We cooked most of our meals onsite and had dinner 2 nights at the resort. Huge balcony with very quick and convenient access to the pool and beach areas. Walking distance to the Main Street Market, Half Moon market and Rose Hall Great House which is a plus! Covid testing available to be booked right at the resort. Property owner Jean and manager Judith were exceptional to deal with and also extremely prompt with all inquiries! We would highly recommend this property!

Thanksgiving in Jamacia
What a perfect location. Beautiful, elegant, convenient and lots of choices. We headed away from the resort for dinner every evening but took advantage of the facilities right there for breakfast and dinner. The condo is fully equipped and very comfortable. I love this place !!!!
Everything was amazing. The view, the food, the people, down to the private beach. The pictures don’t do it any justice. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Ms. Jean Shea is very pleasant and made life so much easier. Check-in was a bit confusing at first (only because I booked through the app) but I do not regret it one bit. Also The gazebo dinner is very romantic (recommended) I will be back for my Birthday. You will enjoy this place! Yea Mon!

Amazing space, view, property
We were hesitant as this property is part of the Jewel Grande Resort and we don’t usually stay at all inclusive resorts. That being said this was the best of all worlds with beautiful accommodations where we could make our meals, lay around our private balcony and still access to all resort fun, like Hobie sailboats, paddle boards, pools and games and even Covid testing. It’s been a dream. Our host answered questions very quickly as well. Highly, highly recommended this property!

Great vacation rental
This property is an excellent hybrid featuring personal space but with access to resort amenities. The property owner and manager were very accessible both before and during our stay. I would recommend this place for families who would like shared living space (family, kitchen, exceptional balconies), but the safety and accommodations of a resort (pool, beach, dining). A couple of recommendations for future renters... 1. Once you are on the resort property, it can be expensive to leave. Take advantage of stopping at the local supermarket on your transfer from the airport to avoid extra transportation costs. (Bonus: Transport from the airport was prearranged by the property manager!!) 2. If you plan to take advantage of the resort features, ask about purchasing all-inclusive day passes. It helped remove any stress from a la cart purchases. Overall, this was a wonderful rental in a great location. We couldn't get enough of the Jamaican views and hospitality.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to relax and enjoy the beach and not worry about life for a while. This unit was extremely comfortable, very spacious, beautifully decorated, and was fully stocked with everything a family could possibly need. We cooked 2-3 meals in the unit everyday and all the right supplies to prepare and serve, from start to finish. The patio was amazing! Priceless views all day and night! If you wanted to take a break from the beach or pool, you simply moved to your first floor unit overlooking the sea. With 2 sliding glass doors and a door outside your kitchen...you never felt far from the sunshine or happiness of the resort. We used the time to relax and be together, but you certainly could jump into various organized resort activities. Judith, the property manager, was very attentive and was willing to help us with anything we needed! She set up airport transfers, offered excursion advice/help and even offered to send a car service when we wanted to leave the property. We’d recommend that you accept Judith’s offer to have your driver stop at the local grocery store on your way to the unit from the airport because it is not within walking distance. Dinners at the property restaurants were set at a premium price point, so you need to consider all meals when stopping at the store on Day 1. You couldn’t beat the view from this unit’s 6 person table on the gorgeous patio, so that became our favorite spot for meals. Overall we had a wonderful vacation, lots of fun, and the location of this unit inside this beautiful resort was perfect for our family.

A DELICIOUS EXPERIENCE
This property is absolutely stunning! Although, an independently owned condo, it is part of the fabulous Grand Jewel Resort and Spa. Guests have access to several pools, excellent restaurants, a gym and spa services. The most impressive thing about this condo is its private balcony that looks out at the ocean. The private gated entrance also makes it very convenient to move from the beach to the condo. At the bottom of the staircase is a bar and a friendly bar staff ready to serve you! The condo itself is stylish and beautifully staged, although signs of wear and tear are starting to show. It is apparent that this condo is indeed in high demand. It seems that the turn around time is so tight that a few things get overlooked. (broken toilet in the master bedroom, missing lightbulb in the secondary bathroom, broken dishwasher etc...) Ironically, all of the high end BOSCH appliances are beautiful but not intuitive to use. My one suggestion would be to supply the condo with a manual that explains the property, what guests have access to and how to operate the lights, appliances and thermostat. We struggled with maintaining a comfortable climate - it was very cold, especially when we returned in the evenings. Despite all of that - it was a dream vacation and I hope that I will be able to return soon. I also want to thank Jean, the owner and her staff who were extremely responsive and wonderful! Thank you again for everything you all did to make our Christmas vacation so excellent!

We have started to block reservations on the day of arrival and departure to allow time to address any engineering needs like bulbs and minor repairs. Fantastic beach front villa!
This is practically the most ideal location at Jewel Grande. The villa boasted a very large balcony with comfortable patio furniture overlooking the white sanded beach. How marvelous to sleep to the sound of the waves breaking on the beach! How amazing to go for morning walks or breakfast and return to the comfort of the tropically decorated villa. We had such a relaxing time! The property manager, Judith was extremely responsive and ensured that our stay was perfect! We are grateful to the owner for making her vacation home available to us. A hundred thanks!

Peaceful and romantic with impeccable service!
The Palmyra was amazing! The staff treated us like royalty! The butlers are very kind and respectful! The restaurant offers multiple menus and serves delicious food! The bartenders are great! They offer amazing service and have many funny stories! The pool is warm and beautiful and there is a pool bar for those who just want to have a nice drink and relax. The beach is astonishing! Soft warm sand! It's quiet and breezy! The palmyra is a perfect choice for anyone but especially for those who want to put their feet up and relax with all the glitz and glam of Jamaica without all the noise and chaos of your typical all inclusive. 5 stars all around the board! This residence is gorgeous! Close to the airport and conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. This was our second trip to Jamaica and our first with our children. Loved that this unit included a wrap-around deck that led directly to the pool. The beach is steps away from the pool and while it did have a great deal of seaweed, we could have cared less. We noticed that there were not many guests during our stay so it felt like our secluded paradise. Loved that there is a washer/dryer in the unit as well. Would stay here again! The owner and property manager were very responsive to our questions and provided great customer service.
