“We had a very bad experience with the arrogant transfer lady on site. We wanted to be at least 2.5 hours earlier at the airport due to personal reasons. Jody the agent did not care. It was impossible to talk to her in a good manner. We called customer service and they was okey to give us an earlier transfer and booked it, we got confirmation online. When it was time for transfer the next day no one showed up. We had then to take taxi and payed 25 dollar for it”

“A woman at the frontdesk with big red glasses were very unfriendly and rude to us when we wanted help with changing room. She said our issue was unsolvable, but we got help the day after by woman with a great servise attitude. The food were more or less the same everyday. ”

“Great food on the buffet with an excellent variety of options. There was a good selection to choose from, and everything we tried was enjoyable.”

“I paid for a beachfront view however, what I received was a view of the hotel room on the other side of the building. I spoke to hotel staff I was told “the beach is to the left of you bend over and look to the right you will see the beach”. That’s not my idea of a beachfront room. I would like a refund of my money because I was bamboozled! See photo!”

“Iberostar Selection is an amazing property. The beach is clean, the drinks are strong and the amenities are practical. It kept the kids busy. We saw a Micheal Jackson impersonator show at the theater which was good. They have multiple gift and garment shops on site for most things you may need. There’s even a jewelry store if you so desire.”
