âTried to cancel the trip after the hurricane and hotel originally said they would and then changed their mind . We came expecting it to be damaged and lower standards and for a $10,000 holiday I wasnât impressed.
Hotel smells horrendously of mold and our rooms were so full of mold we got chest infections. Confirmed by my doctor when I got home. Could see mold in the air con vents (photos taken).
Hotel grounds themselves (like garden beds etc, not well kept )
Staff were unfriendly . Asking...
