Other things to note
Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and AC units, remotes for both are mounted in each room right next to the door frames. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort level. Please note that each remote control has its own unit, so please keep them in their respective wall mounts. There is a $50 charge for missing or damaged remote controls.

Water heater
The apartment is equipped with a hybrid water-heater that operates by both solar and electricity. The solar component is the default heating option and one of choice for ecofriendly reasons. However, in cases where that option is not available, please feel free to utilize the electric component, thermostat located in the kitchen. Simply turn on the switch located behind the refrigerator, thereafter, manually adjust the temperature to your liking.
