"We got to check out Mira and Dolo- we really loved this town right next door. The Villa was large and very spacious, the extra beds in both of the apts (2 of four) were really nice! The AC was a nice addition since it was so hot outside. The bus to Venice was convenient - around 30 min in and a little longer on the way home. The Villa was wonderful and I would stay here again!"

"We drove to the villa outside of Padova in the Euganeen Hills. The villa has been beautifully updated and renovated and is very comfortable with a kitchen that any chef would be proud of. My brother was one of our traveling companions and he loved the property’s well equipped kitchen. He made some amazing dinners that we enjoyed in the adjacent covered patio. "We opted to stay in Padua instead of Venice as we wanted a more authenticate stay which is exactly what we got. The apartment is airy, clean and located in a lovely private courtyard. Our host Nicolo was excellent, meeting us on arrival and taking his time to give us recommendations of where to eat etc. We tried a number of his suggestions and all were brilliant. "We stayed in the cool two bedroom suite in the unique lodge. Everyone associated with the facility was very friendly and welcoming and we so enjoyed staying there that we wished we had booked more than one night! It was just a short drive to the train station and an easy trip into Venice. There were a large selection of items for breakfast and we could place an order for eggs or omelets."
