The house itself looked well kept but as we pulled up we were greeted by a ton of weeds as we walked towards the front porch to check-in. The front yard needs some attention. This was noted by past guests and could use a green thumb to clean the yard up. There are two chairs on the front porch along with a cement table in the middle of front yard. There is only 1 sitting area which had room for about 6 people with a large tv. Living room furniture did not match photo. Kitchen offered a high end stove/oven but too bad we did not get a chance to try it out as we supported local restaurants for dinners.The coffee container was nearly out, no creamer and an empty wooden tea box. We decided to visit a local coffee shop each morning as it do not make sense to buy all the stuff to make coffee each morning.Must be shortage of toilet paper as we were left with only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 4 guests with no spare so we had to buy our more. I would hate to run out when it was needed. Plus, no Kleenex. Both things the owner should provide/extra of. Owner never acknowledge the coffee or toilet paper comments when sent private message.Overall, the property was fairly well kept/recently updated with the exception of the yard. We made the bedroom with the attached bathroom the master bedroom. The shower door was a little flimsy/stuck. Someone else motioned the faucet was loose, it still is.Would we rent again? Maybe, I would explore my options next time in the area.
