“A big improvement would be to have an information sheet or welcome packet to help renters with basic information. Couldn’t find washer and dryer (it was in a garage used for storage with a door code); couldn’t find disposal switch (it was behind a refrigerator); one bedroom had sliding door that didn’t lock (curtain rod in track). Ants found on kitchen counter. Rooms were nice and beds were nice. Little improvements will go a long way to making this 4-5 star.”

“This home was just perfect for our family of 10, and super close to everything we wanted to do in Monterey. The home is very spacious and was super clean. The bedrooms were very spacious with comfortable mattresses and nice linens.Everything in the house looked brand new. The kitchen was a cooks dream. Coffee bar was my favorite. The backyard was perfect even in the rain with the covered patio. Highly recommend. ”
