“We reviewed the home before we stayed so it was exactly what we expected. As previously stated by others, bathrooms are located within 2 of the 4 rooms so prepare for that, and the upstairs master shower warm water is reverse. As long as you are aware of those two unique property facts, the stay is great. Host responds promptly with any questions as well. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The house is in a good location for exploring the Monterey Bay Area, was easy to find and check in. A big yard was great for dogs. The host responded promptly to messages and was very kind and accommodating. I felt it could have been a little more clean. The bathtub was quite dirty so we couldn’t use it for our daughter and there was some broken furniture in a pile in the yard. There were also signs in the restrooms that said not to flush any toilet paper at all, which my elderly family members...

However, the property was beautiful inside and out. We could tell the property was remodeled not too long ago, and the manager, Brian, was very responsive to our request.
