“We were contacted by the property manager that the original house we rented had a plumbing issue so he quickly made arrangements for us to stay at a nicer home at the same price. The communication with the property manager was much appreciated and the home we stayed in was comfortable with everyone having their own bedrooms. It was a quiet neighborhood and a nice place to stay while visiting Monterey.”

We followed the instructions on the video but could not get the spa to heat up. the owner heated it remotely but the jets went off and we could not get them back on- we used the features button on the app - but nothing. we couldn't figure out how to get the outside lights on, pool or spa. once we were all done after 10 pm, the outside...
