“The house is adorable and extremely comfortable. Both my husband and I were obsessed with the bed and the amazing wrap around porch. Everything in the house is high functioning and the view to the river is beautiful. It’s a long windy drive up and down to the house but it’s worth it. Everything about the River house makes you slow down and enjoy this beautiful part of California. ”

“We had an amazing time staying at Jasmine's house. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking meals a breeze. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well. Jasmine was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. She made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “A very nice house with comfortable beds in a great neighborhood. Hot tub was relaxing and worked well in a very nice backyard to have evening drinks on the patio. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area!”

“Checkin was convenient and easy.House centrally located and close to the beach. The listing states there were 3 bedrooms but the third “bedroom” is an office with an uncomfortable pullout couch bed that had dirty sheets. We had to wash the bedding before use. The neighborhood is currently under construction but was only heard on the weekdays. Overall it was a really nice place that was comfortable with a really large kitchen and lounge area. ”

“Great space and feel. Communication was straight forward and quick. Everything you need for a relaxing time with friends or family. There was no metion of nearby airport which was a little annoying at first but ended after dark and started first thing in the morning. Having to fill propane tanks is not the best option for guests, also probably not the safest place to store them in the garage next to water heater, Safety wise. Just my suggestion. Overall the place was great..”

“A bit out of the way but the views, the drive and the peaceful environment made it worth it. If you need quick access to Carmel, Monterey etc it could be too far BUT if you have the time for a nice drive each way it’s totally worth it. Host was very helpful and responsive. Charming place I hope to return to.”
