  • The apartment is located in the Cinque Terre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and is designed for short stays with respect for the area and its natural resources.



    Check-in: Check-in is strictly from 4:00 pm. Early check-in requests cannot be made independently. If early arrival is possible, the property will inform you within 24 hours before arrival. If you do not receive communication, check-in is at 4:00 pm. Arrivals after 9:00 pm are subject to a late check-in surcharge, available for an extra fee. Documented flight or train delays are exceptions. Self check-in is not available.



    Amenities: The apartment does not have a dishwasher.



    My house, clear rules: 4 guests = 2 double beds prepared. 5 guests = the 5th bed will be added automatically. Are there 4 of you but you want the single bed anyway? Let me know when booking. I can’t read minds and don’t know if you prefer to be together or separate.



    Respect for resources: We care about sustainability. Please avoid wasting water, do not keep air conditioning on with windows open or at excessive temperatures, and use the washing machine only when necessary. Please read all information carefully before booking.

Lovely apartment

Great place to stay to experience the best of the 5 villages. In the 'old town', it's much nicer than the new part, surrounded by great restaurants.

Great quiet location in the old town

Nice clean quiet apartment with lots of space for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. It was an easy walk to the train station and there are lots of restaurant choices nearby.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property is charming, comfortable and clean. We ate amazing meals, swam in the sea and had a wonderful private boat tour. Highly satisfied and didn’t want to leave!!!

Beach getaway and hiking

What a beautiful town and beautiful area. This apartment was perfect. Clean, quiet, and near the beach and all the restaurants. Lui was a perfect host and she recommended all the best spots for breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our hikes to Vernazza and Corniglia immensely, and being able to return to this apartment for rest was fantastic. Loved it here.

We had a wonderfull experience. The apartment is clean, spacious and modern. The balcony is so fun for people watching. The location in the old town is perfect. We arrived with a car and the parking garage is a 2 minute walk away. I highly recommend this apartment for families traveling by car. The old town in Monterosso was our favorite spot on all of the Cinque Terre!

Beautiful Apartment

We loved staying at Luisa’s apartment for our trip to Cinque Terre. The building was an easy walk from the train station, even with luggage. Luisa met us at the rental, went over details and made some suggestions for restaurants. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful little hole close to beach

Luisa was amazing and meeting us for check in. The apartment is very spacious and the AC makes the place 10x better. WiFi is very reliable too and only a 10minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommend it if you are visiting the Cinque Terre

We loved the layout and location in Monterosso. Our host was lovely and very flexible since we had trouble making final payment via Vrbo site. She even left us her favorite cake from a local bakery. We would happily stay here again! Thank you!

Great Monterrosa gem

we loved the location!!! Close to amazing restaurants and convenient to other cities in CinqueTerre. We hiked to and from Vernazza and Corniglia, and afterwards slept great in the quiet condo with comfortable beds. Also, Luisa was very helpful with information on restaurants and things to do. We wanted to stay longer!!!

Good location - near everything but not in the middle of everything

Luisa was very communicative and friendly. The space was clean and good sized. Good location in Monterosso. Would recommend and would stay here again! There's a small grocery store 3 minutes away, very convenient for a VRBO stay! We also appreciated having a washer available!

Luisa’s place was perfect for us while we visited the Cinque Terre area - very easy to get to the other towns. Even with it being so hot this summer, the apartment cooled down nicely at night! We will be back 🤗

Excellent host and accommodation

We had an absolutely amazing time in Monterosso. Luisa is a great communicator, met us at the apartment and reviewed the apartment and requirements . The apartment is a short 10-12 minute walk from train station. Plenty of great places to eat (Luisa recommends) within 3 minutes walk. Very close to the beach. Suggest you take a boat tour of Cinque Terre- stunning views.

Outstanding apartment in Monterosso!!!

Despite the day-long train strike Luisa kept in touch with all of our updates almost immediately and was flexible enough to check us in much later than our anticipated arrival time. She acknowledged our exaustion and did a thoughfully quick yet comprehensive check-in. The apartment was super clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kicten was well equiped. And the general style eased us into our vacation. Given the oppurtunity to return to Monterosso this is the only place we would consider staying.

Monterosso retreat

Location was great, beautiful area. So very many restaurants. So much gelato! Host was very helpful & sweet. The miscommunication with Luisa was totally our fault. If we may make a suggestion, a lockbox would be very practical so host wouldn't have to meet vacationers uupon arrival.
