He met us close by the apartment, was extremely friendly, helped us with the luggage and wanted to be sure we had the best trip ever. “An amazing view! However, nowhere does it tell you that it is the equivalent of about 10 flights of stairs to get to the apartment. Also, they will help you with your bags, but I didn’t find out about this until after I had checked in. (probably my bad.) Once you get there, it’s a fabulous place.
