“137 stairs to access so be ready to sweat carrying your luggage up. The walk from the train station isn’t bad until you get to the stairs to the building. But that’s is to be expected in Cinque Terre and you are rewarded by the view which was quintessential Cinque Terre. The balcony was lovely especially in the evening. During our stay it was hot so the fans were helpful but it was still quite warm. The rooms were very spacious and nicely appointed. The steps didn’t bother us coming and going...

“My stay here in Monterosso was lovely. Please be warned, there are about 100 stairs or so straight up, leading to the room. I wouldn’t recommend if you are not able to climb a lot of stairs.
