“Lovely stay! Plenty of room and patio is very comfortable as well. Down the street from main property, so accessing other on-site amenities like the pool is not as easy. Booked through Expedia and received different messaging and instructions through both Expedia and VRBO apps. But VRBO instructions were very good. Guest must message host through VRBO to actually reach them.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here. Lidiana welcomed us with a home cooked meal and showed us the sloth and frogs around her property. Lidiana and her family were so kind and truly made our stay in La Fortuna so wonderful.”

“This place is a great base camp to explore La Fortuna. We came with our five kids and this house had everything that we needed including a beautiful River outback that my kids really enjoyed. The air conditioners in the bedroom work amazing. The host was great with the communication and accommodated our delayed flights which caused us not to get to the place until about 10 hours after we were originally supposed to. Really grateful for a fantastic day.”

“We loved staying at this lovely home just outside of la fortuna! the property was clean and well stocked and the host was so helpful and quick to respond!Highly recommend having your own car if you book this place as there isnt much within walking distance. no complaints from us though, we were aware of this and had no issues.we felt safe and my kids loved seeing the unique wildlife (birds, lizards etc) right on the property.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and had such a cool, thoughtfully decorated feel. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there were so many little personal touches throughout the house that made us feel welcome.The covered pool was a huge plus. We were able to enjoy it even when it rained. We also loved exploring the trail near the house that winds through the beautiful tropical surroundings and creek area.The location was perfect for us....

“Off the beaten path, which is OK, but there is no signage that you are entering the right road. The TV was missing from the bedroom. Couldn’t get our apps to work on the tv in the living room. Shower had some rotting trim. Ethernet cable were just run dangling along the walls. It was clean, and conveniently located between Quepos and Manuel Antonio.”
